Be careful of which affiliate internet marketing tip you choose to believe. There is so much misinformation traveling around on the web right now. Here are a couple of my favorites.

Google will not rank duplicate content.

Garbage…This is complete rumor based on bad information that simply is not true.

If you’re worried that using duplicate content is going to somehow get your site
penalized, deindexed, or otherwise make your site fall out of favor with Google, stop worrying:

Googles own blog has a post discussing this subject…in short here is what it says:

Duplicate content doesn’t put your site in the supplemental index…having duplicate content could indirectly effect the rank if the links coming into your site are spread out to multiple copies.

Google wants the search results to have variety. They say if you have duplicate content on your site and don’t want to sift through it all…Don’t worry they will do it and rank one copy for search results.

Google is not concerned about duplicate content…they are concerned about 2 things though…links to the page and the title tag.

Here is another affiliate internet marketing tip that makes me laugh…

The best way for affiliate marketers to sell affiliate products is to write articles…oh man…I would rather pull my fingernails off…than sit and write tons of articles and submit them to article directories. This is only one affiliate marketing strategy…there are tons. If you are setting up an affiliate marketing business of your own, it is important that you start out with good information. Find someone that is already succeeding and just learn from them.
