The customer in turn pays you in exchange for making their life easier by solving their problem. That’s all there is to it in the big picture. your potential customers have a problem and they are willing to pay to solve that problem. You offer a solution that brings value because the customer no longer has to deal with the problem. If you understand this simple idea then you can make money fast on the internet.
These examples will explain this. In grocery store the customer is hungry and the grocer provides food to solve that problem which the shopper buys. With a gas station the driver needs gas for the car and the station provides it. Problem-no gas, solution-provide gas. With an online book store the customer wants to read stories or learn some information. The bookstore owner solves that problem by offering a selection of books which fulfill the reader’s wants. Each of these is an example of a problem/solution.
This is how all businesses work. Can you list a business that does not? Whenever there is money changing hands in a business environment there is problem that needs a solution. There really is no point in a business if it is not giving value which means a way to fulfill a need. This is fundamental to all businesses including an internet business opportunity.
So now the question for you when thinking of your internet business. What problem will your business solve for your customers. Is the answer to that question on the tip of your tongue ready to jump off? Or is it something you have to think about for a while? This is the most important question you can answer in your business life. This needs to be the target of your marketing. The problem and solution is really the only thing that matters for your success. If you can’t answer quickly you must stop right now. Fill out the blanks, “My business gives my customers _________ and I get _________in exchange”.
This relationship must be evident if you want a successful business. This knowledge is the basis for everything you do in your online business opportunity. Understanding the problem is imperative in order to be effective. Otherwise everything you do is just a guess.
The solution must drive your marketing functions because people will only give you money if it is in their best interest. The customer expects to get something back. The problem and solution interatction must also drive your product selection. How can you know what to offer for sale if you don’t know what your customers are hungry for? Lastly, how you interact with your customers will be determined by the solution. If you are a local house painter you will interact face to face, if you are selling books online you will interact through your web page.
